2010 Auction Donation Request
Oyster-Adams Bilingual School is pleased to announce the 2010 Annual Auction. We will hold an online auction of a variety of items from March 15 – April 17, 2010. On the evening of April 17, student art, larger and higher-ticket items will be auctioned off at the live auction at what promises to be a fun and lively event.
Parent Donations can include anything of value such as tickets to sporting events or entertainment venues; a stay at a vacation home; homemade treats; free babysitting; chess lessons or dinners.
Teacher Donations consistently raise a significant amount of money at the auction. In the past, teachers have donated outings to museums, puppet shows, bedtime stories and much, much more.
Business Donations from local retailers, restaurants, salons, banks, realtors, dance studios, and others are critical to the success of this fundraising effort.
We hope that you will consider donating an auction item. We are expecting 300 attendees at our live auction and the online auction will reach into the homes of hundreds of area residents. The local publicity and appreciation you will receive is invaluable to businesses.
Donations are due by March 15, 2010.
All contributions will be listed on our auction website and you will receive a receipt for your tax-deductible contribution.
