Yearly Auction - 4 Ways to Help

Each Oyster Family can help by:

Attending!

You can purchase tickets in the school lobby of either campus during the week prior to the event. Tickets are also available for purchase using the Ticket Order Form. Please also buy a "comp ticket" on behalf of someone else. As in the past, our goal is to provide complimentary tickets to all teachers as well as families who may not otherwise attend the event.

Donating!

Donate yourself or ask someone you know to donate. Bring the 2008 Donation Form (feel free to make copies!) to your favorite restaurant, famous friend, piano teacher or hair salon and ask them to support Oyster-Adams! Also, consider donating something yourself: tickets to sporting events; performances at jazz clubs; a stay at someone's vacation home; homemade treats or dinners.

Purchasing an Ad!

You or someone you know can purchase an ad in the auction catalog. Businesses can advertise their services and individuals can send a personal greeting or message. Just use the Donation Form or contact Wendy Hauenstein at oyster.auction@verizon.net or 441-4092 with any questions.

Volunteering!

We already have over 50 volunteers helping out but need more! Contact Sally Hunsberger at oyster.auction@verizon.net or 202-232-0858 if you are able to help on the day of the event, or during the Auction. We need bartenders, table-movers, greeters and more!

Please place all Donation and Ticket Order Forms in one of the Auction Boxes located in the lobby of each campus. Donations and Ads are due by March 20th! Large items can be dropped-off in Sra. Villigas's office (former parent room) at the Oyster Campus.
